Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Record-to-Report Manager to lead the Kuala Lumpur Shared Service Centre, delivering high-quality R2R services across multiple countries. You will own the plan for continuous improvement and evolve the SSC, collaborating with process owners and SSC counterparts to align with global best practices.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive R2R knowledge, KPI-driven performance management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Finance degree or professional qualification is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a finance shared service centre.
• Experience leading and managing a team with development and succession planning.
• In-depth knowledge of R2R processes, controls and compliance.
• Proven track record of using KPIs to improve performance.
• Ability to operate at both detailed and strategic levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and other R2R related software.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and drive a high performing R2R function across the Kuala Lumpur SSC.
• Deliver standardised service for the countries in scope of the SSC with high quality results.
• Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives impacting the R2R function.
• Monitor internal controls, risk, and control matrices in conjunction with audits.
• Manage escalations and improve R2R performance via KPIs and reports.
• Maintain the R2R service catalogue and align with global processes and best practices.
• Recruit, develop and lead the R2R team across entities and countries in scope.
