Job summary

Electrolux is seeking a Senior Operation Manager, Record to Report, to lead and manage the end-to-end R2R operations from the Petaling Jaya office. You will oversee journal processing, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance reporting while driving process improvements and ensuring adherence to SLAs.

You will supervise a large team, coach on change initiatives, and partner with locations to deliver accurate financial reporting on time.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in GL month-end and statutory reporting.
• Experience supervising large teams in a Shared Services/SSO environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily R2R operations ensuring timely delivery within SLAs.
• Lead a team to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Maintain and improve General Ledger processes, controls, and related procedures.
• Collaborate with locations and other streams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Drive process improvements and harmonization across the organization.
