Job summary

Dassault Systèmes in Malaysia is seeking a R&D Quality Engineer (Automation) based in Selangor to lead end-to-end test, performance testing and test automation initiatives across multiple product lines.

You will ensure quality from requirements through release, collaborate with developers in agile sprints, implement robust test harnesses, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within a hybrid work setup (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT.
• 1–3 years in Software QA with testing, test automation or integration, and test planning experience.
• Programming/scripting skills with Java & OOP to automate tests; TypeScript is a plus.
• Good English communication and strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality improvements across end-to-end, performance testing and test automation.
• Ensure product quality from requirements through final release.
• Collaborate with developers in agile design and test execution.
