Job summary

MB Automation (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an adaptable engineer to improve processes and machine features in a semiconductor/automation setting. You will collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to integrate new equipment and develop ECNs.

The role requires hands-on assembly and troubleshooting, travel to client sites (remote or on-site), and the ability to present reports on analysis and project results. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting in semiconductor or automation environments.
• Experience with engineering/quality tools (FMEA, DOE, SPC, QFD).
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities; good reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve processes, equipment, and machine features.

• Prepare clear reports on analysis, troubleshooting, and project results.
