Job summary

Wild Industries Sdn Bhd in Muar, Johor, is seeking an R&D Executive to drive product development from concept through prototype to production. You will create AutoCAD drawings, specifications and documentation, and coordinate cross-functional work with Production, QC and other departments to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Furniture Design, Industrial Design, Product Design or Engineering, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/3D

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Furniture Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in AutoCAD & 3D software.
• Relevant working experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve furniture products.
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings, specifications and product documentation.
• Coordinate product development from design to prototype.
• Conduct product testing and follow up on improvements.
• Work closely with Production, QC and other departments.
• Research materials, components and manufacturing methods.
• Support continuous improvement and product quality.
