Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields) is required.
2-4 years of experience in product development or R&D, preferably in electronics or interconnects.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for sales and production teams.
Lead new product development and improvement, including feasibility studies and project management.
Supervise R&D lab activities and manage team performance.
Ensure compliance with environmental, quality, health, and safety standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
Source, test, and qualify materials to ensure product quality.
Monitor and drive progress in product development and quality enhancement.
Completed training in FMEA and key industry standards.
