Qualifications

Strong programming skills with AI frameworks TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Demonstrable track record of publications in high-impact journals.
Solid experimental methodology: baselines, ablations, benchmarking, honest reporting of results.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and test innovative AI algorithms and models, and establish through rigorous experiment whether they outperform alternatives.
Contribute to R&D projects and deliver 100% of defined project milestones.
Publish at least one Q1/Q2 journal paper each year as lead or co-author.
Develop at least one proof-of-concept (POC) prototype each year, with benchmarks and evaluation for delivery teams.
Initiate collaborations with universities or industry partners each year.
Deliver at least one public talk each year at conferences, schools, or seminars.
Maintain thorough and reproducible documentation of research activities, datasets, and results.
