Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of technicians in daily operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure HSSE compliance.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance and supervise contractors/ OEMs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive reliability improvements.
• Provide on-the-job training and develop team skills.
• Assist in planning, evaluate breakdown reports, and support warranty claims.
