Job summary

Jora Malaysia is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for projects in Penang, Malaysia. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience and a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience
• Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Fluent in Mandarin preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients
• Able to work under pressure and independently

Responsibilities

• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VOs) and subcontractor claims
• Site valuation
• Carry out other relevant QS tasks as assigned by supervisor
