Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in cost planning and management for construction projects.
• Ability to prepare and reconcile Bills of Quantities and cost reports.
• Familiarity with tender documents and contractor quotations.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural, structural and M&E drawings and specifications.
• Perform quantity take-off and prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ).
• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets and cost reports.
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractors'/suppliers' quotations.
• Source and negotiate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure they are within budget.
• Review and verify progress claims and payments.
