Job summary

Khalid Aluminium Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage overall QS operations, including take-off, BO & materials, tendering and cost analysis. The role covers pre- and post-contract administration, cost control, and coordination with project teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include claims and cost management, progress claims, final accounts, and valuations, with strong liaison to consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
