Job summary

DY MNG Engineering is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to support cost planning and project administration in our Penang office. You will prepare cost estimates, BOQ, tender pricing, and monitor variations and final accounts across ACMV projects.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field, 2–5 years of experience, and strong reading of drawings, costing, and negotiation skills. We offer a dynamic team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction or ACMV projects.
• Knowledge of costing, contracts, and tendering processes.
• Able to read technical drawings.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
