Job summary

Linergy Power Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality System Engineer (fresh graduates welcome) to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s quality management systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate internal audits, management reviews, and external certification activities while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Quality Management).
• Experience in quality management systems and documentation.
• Familiar with internal audits, management reviews, corrective actions, and process optimization.
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001; exposure to IATF 16949 or AS9100D is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the quality management system framework.
• Draft, revise, and control quality system documents and records.
• Ensure operations comply with internal quality standards and management system requirements.
• Plan and coordinate annual internal audits and management reviews.
• Prepare audit reports and follow-up actions for closure.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality processes and efficiency.
• Coordinate external audits and third-party certification activities.
• Support ISO/IEC standards implementation and maintenance.
• Promote quality awareness and provide training on requirements.
• Participate in EHS programs and adherence to policies.
