Job summary

QDOS INTERCONNECT SDN BHD in Penang, Batu Kawan, seeks a senior Quality & Reliability leader to build a robust QA organization and ensure products meet customer quality expectations. You will develop and maintain an effective Quality Management System, drive cost of quality through SPC, FMEA, CAPA and data-driven decisions, and lead internal/external audits to assure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science or related field.
• 10–15 years in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Quality and Reliability organization to meet/exceed customer quality requirements.
• Recruit, retain and develop a strong QA team.
• Drive cost of quality through effective tools and methods.
• Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with QMS and standards.
• Ensure product quality from incoming to outgoing inspection and change management.
• Drive RCAs, FMEA reviews, SPC deployment and data-driven decisions.
• Support ROHS and REACH compliance and readiness for customer audits.
