Job summary

Insulet Corporation is seeking a Supervisor to lead the Quality Team Leads and Inspectors within the Quality Department. The role requires strong organization and cross-functional collaboration to meet departmental goals and ensure timely lot releases.

Responsibilities include guiding IPQA activities, overseeing nonconformance investigations, and supporting MES/SAP release processes. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or science and 2–3 years of quality operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science is required.
• 2–3 years hands-on quality operations, inspection and testing experience.
• Familiarity with ISO13485, GDP, GLP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Team Leads and Inspectors and provide training on processes.
• Manage IPQA activities and oversee nonconformance investigations.
• Oversee Lot qualification and release activities and ensure timely quality records in MES/SAP.
• Oversee IPQA and Lot Release staffing to support efficient operations.
• Support MES/SAP issues and coordinate with materials team for corrections.
• Assist Quality Engineers in root-cause investigations and deviation reviews.
• Monitor calibration activities and ensure quality inspection readiness for PDM operations.
• Approve and sign off work of Quality Inspectors and support audits.
