Job summary

Infineon Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified candidate for QM Failure Analysis with extensive semiconductor backend knowledge. The role requires handling 12-hour Day/Night shifts and coordinating with engineers to ensure analytical excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechatronic, Electrical or Mechanical fields, with at least 6 years of relevant experience and solid SPM results in Maths and English. Safety and 5S compliance are essential in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechatronic/ Electrical/ Mechanical or relevant engineering field.
• Must passed SPM, including Maths & English subjects.
• Minimum 6 years of QM Failure Analysis related experience from semiconductor manufacturing.
• Knowledge in semiconductor backend process.
• Must be able to work in 12 hours shift (Day/Night: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am).

Responsibilities

• Support analytical services (Field Of Knowledge): Imaging & Preparation.
• Perform sample preparation activities for new and existing development / technology projects.
• Responsible for maintaining analytical equipment under their care to ensure always in good condition.
• Fulfill tasks and targets which will be deployed from time to time.
• Ensure compliance of 5S and safety rules for all machines, equipment and workstations.
• Responsible for disposal of chemical waste and critical waste.
• Have good communication skills to interact with engineers and internal team.
• To support ad-hoc request assign by superior.
