Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Administration/Engineering/Technology.
- Strong communication and cooperative attitude.
- Independent, reliable and results-oriented.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, presentations, and IT basics.
- Good English and Malay language proficiency.
- Able to handle tight deadlines and multi-skills.
- Preferable 6 months or more of internship.
Responsibilities
- Update and release documents into the Online Process Compass on a timely basis.
- Assist in maintaining the Change Management process master list.
- Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings.
- Support customer complaint analysis, sorting, simulation, and data recording.
- Assist ESD, Calibration and 14Q activities when required.
- Update other quality records as necessary.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by superior.
