Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing full-time Bachelor's degree in CS / Business / Engineering / Technology.
• Strong communication, cooperative, assertive.
• Independent, reliability and quality-oriented.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Presentation and IT skills.
• Good proficiency in English & Malay.
• Able to handle tight deadlines and multi-skills.
• Preferable 6 months or more internship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Process Compass by updating and releasing documents on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the Change Management process master list.
• Develop engaging and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings.
• Support customer complaint analysis, sorting, simulation, and data recording.
• Support ESD, Calibration and 14Q activities as required.
• Assist in updating other quality records as necessary.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by supervisor as needed.
