Job summary

Bosch Group in Malaysia invites an internship candidate to support the Product Engineering team in semiconductor backend testing and data analysis, contributing to continuous improvement and quality. Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic/mechatronics/semiconductor engineering.
• Basic understanding of electronics or manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of statistical tools, programming, or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Willing to learn and work in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Engineers in day-to-day semiconductor backend testing and manufacturing activities.
• Prepare engineering activities, technical documentation, work instructions, and data presentations.
• Coordinate with Production, Test Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, Equipment Engineering, and other relevant stakeholders on engineering activities.
• Assist in monitoring product performance, test yield, and production-related issues.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize engineering and production data to identify abnormalities, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities together with relevant engineering teams.
• Support engineering projects and other assignments as required by the department.
