Job summary

Tek Seng Sdn Bhd is seeking a laboratory technician in Penang to perform a wide range of testing and quality control on finished products. You will understand test methods, analyze data, and report results to the project team.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate, MS Excel proficiency, and at least 1 year of related experience. The work schedule is 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with short notice availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating laboratory test methods.
• Ability to record and analyze data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Carry out laboratory testing and quality control of finished products.
• Understand and follow test methods or procedures according to general operating instructions.
• Analyze, record raw data and finalize results for project team review.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and report malfunctions.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices (6S).
