Job summary

Sena Diecasting Industries is seeking a detail-oriented inspector in Malaysia to perform product inspections using established check sheets. You will identify and report non-conformances, conduct visual and dimensional checks, and ensure defective items are segregated properly.

You will monitor rework and material movement, educate operators on defects, and coordinate any required rework at customer sites. 1 year of writing/reading experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferable 1 year working experience with writing and reading skill.

Responsibilities

• To perform inspection base on the check sheet requirement of products
• Inform/feedback from time-to-time problem to superior by issuing the NCR (Non-Conformance Report)
• Do visual inspection and dimensional inspection as per requirement
• Ensure non-conforming product is identified and segregated properly
• To monitor movement activity of rework, sorting and material requisition
• Education production operators on the new defects arise at customers
• Coordinate rework and sorting activities at customer premises if required
• To perform any other jobs or duties as and when required by the superior
• Preferable 1 year working experience with writing and reading skill
