Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Quality Assurance Inspector to monitor product quality throughout manufacturing, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with specifications. You will analyze quality issues, implement CAPA, and handle NCRs while maintaining comprehensive inspection records.

Collaborating with Production and Engineering, you will drive process improvements, support audits, and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards. Mandarin language skills are an added advantage for this role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Handle non-conformance reports (NCR) and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, records, and documentation.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support process improvement activities to reduce defects and improve product quality.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
• Support internal, customer, and external quality audits.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and company quality procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
• Mandarin communication skill is an added advantage.
