Qualifications

Quality Engineering Executive (Warranty Claim)

• Lead, coordinate investigation and report “0” km claim
• Compile and submit monthly quality data performance to JTAP
• Summary monthly warranty data claim
• Coordinate warranty meeting with customer and JTAP/JJP
• Prepare report for warranty part JTAP/JJP report
• Prepare cost share rate
• Prepare QIM report & Kakotora update
• Customer audit
• Updates CSR and new requirement from customer
• Lead IATF 16949 audit and request from SGS
• Communicate with customer for “0”km claim
• PMR and Hoshin JTAP
• Cost share activity with customer

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive engineering, Electrical, Mechatronic or equivalent
• Minimum 1–2 years working experience in related field is required
• Good understanding or basic knowledge of IATF 16949, QA processes or warranty procedures will be an added advantage
• Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong teamwork, resourcefulness, responsibility, attention to detail and good time management
• Able to work independently and handle tasks under pressure
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, shifts and travel when required
• Good communication skills for dealing with customers and internal teams
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam
• Full-Time position available.
