Job summary

Lam Research International Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is offering an internship in Quality Engineering.

You will assist Quality Engineers with audits, data collection, and reporting to monitor quality performance. The role requires a science/engineering degree or in progress, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment with PPE. Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred, and familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Engineers in audits and data analysis to identify trends.
• Prepare and report quality performance data.
• Support quality improvement programs and efforts.
• Communicate with manager to track project status and issues.
• Assist Quality Engineers in Quality investigations.

Job description

Partner with Quality Engineers to perform product audits.

Support Quality Engineers to compile and report quality performance.

Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to improve the Quality performance.

Partner with Quality Engineers to drive quality improvement programs/efforts.

Communicating regularly with manager to track project status and identify potential issues.

Assist Quality Engineers in Quality investigation.

Degree course in science/engineering or equivalent.

Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.

Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, wearing personal protective safety equipment and cleanroom suit.

Proficient in Microsoft Office mainly Excel, Words and Power Points

Working knowledge of AI tools.

Min 6 months Internship period.
