Job summary

Lam Research Corporation in Penang invites you to join the Quality Department. As an intern you will support product audits, compile and report quality performance, and analyze data to drive continuous improvements across manufacturing and business operations.

You will work with Quality Engineers, gain hands-on experience in a cleanroom environment with PPE, and develop strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills during a min 6-month internship.

Qualifications

• Degree in science/engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, wearing PPE and cleanroom suit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of AI tools.
• Min 6 months Internship period.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Quality Engineers to perform product audits.
• Support Quality Engineers to compile and report quality performance.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to improve the Quality performance.
• Partner with Quality Engineers to drive quality improvement programs/efforts.
• Communicating regularly with manager to track project status and identify potential issues.
• Assist Quality Engineers in Quality investigation.
