Qualifications

• 2-5 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Aerospace, E&E, or Semiconductor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit the QMS for compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee rigorous testing of products against technical specs.
• Lead non-conformance investigations and execute CAPA.
• Optimize manufacturing workflows using data-driven insights.
• Manage vendor performance and resolve quality inquiries.
• Track key quality metrics and train teams on best practices.
