Job summary

EVE Energy Malaysia SDN BHD is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee workshop quality, monitor production yield, and drive process improvements. You will prepare daily/weekly reports, conduct quality analyses, and train on-site staff to uphold standards.

The role emphasizes supplier collaboration and documentation control, with language proficiency in Malay and English essential for cross- team communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• ISO9001 Internal Auditor Certificate is preferred.
• Strong MS Office and QC tools experience (5Why, 8D, PDCA).
• Solid understanding of quality system documents and processes.
• Fluent in Malay and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the workshop quality management, track daily production yield and abnormalities.
• Generate daily and weekly quality reports.
• Participate in quality analysis and improvement to reduce loss.
• Train on-site quality personnel and promote best practices.
• Engage in supplier management to improve quality.

• Responsible for the quality management of the workshop, including monitoring the daily production yield and any abnormalities.
• Responsible for producing daily and weekly quality reports.
• Participate in quality analysis and improvement work to reduce quality loss rate.
• Training for on-site quality personnel.
• Participate in supplier management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and academic training will be considered.
• ISO9001 Internal Auditor Certificate.
• Hard skills like Microsoftoffice, QCtools, 5Why, 8D, PDCA, etc.
• Excellent understanding of Quality system documents, quality processes.
• Fluent in Melayu and English speaking and writing.
• A proficient level of knowledge and skill in MS Office, Six sigma tools.

Professional Experience

• 0-8 years working experience.
• Have a good understanding of quality process and quality improvement procedures.
