Foregain Systems in Malaysia requires a QA/QC professional to uphold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and drive continuous improvement across production. You will lead audits, manage QA/QC documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality output.

The role focuses on maintaining compliance, implementing corrective actions, and reporting quality performance to management. Strong teamwork and leadership are essential in this on-site position.

Qualifications

Experience implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
Ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and audits.
Proficiency in NCR, CAR, SPC and FMEA concepts.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain QC standards and inspection methods.
Lead internal and supplier audits and ensure corrective actions.
Manage daily QC activities to meet quality targets.
Ensure records and documentation are up to date.
Prepare reports on quality performance for management.

To ensure the Manufacturing processes are meeting the QC Specification as per ISO 9001 requirement.

To liaise with other related section head regarding all matters pertaining product quality and drive for continuous quality improvement.

Closely monitoring the production processes.

Daily manpower organization to comply with In-process requirement.

Good practice on documentation and ensure all documentation are up to date.

To compile & report the line process quality performances.

To lead to achieve Quality target and cultivate the quality awareness to workers.

To attend to customer audits and internal audits.

To ensure compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 related standard requirements.

Ensure & maintain safety, health and good environmental practices at work surrounding.

Monitoring of subordinates daily attendance, operation, including the in-out (at work), compliance with basic code of conduct.

Able to work as a team in a group.

Requirement

Responsibility

Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
To follow closely on daily operation process monitor NCR issued and implementation of suitable corrective actions.
Able to handle CAR (Corrective Action Report), SPC and FMEA reports will be added advantage.
Monitoring and manage QC and operators to achieve quality policy specified and customer requirements to ensure low reject rate with good products output.
Establish, implement and maintain the Quality Management System and ensure that complies with ISO 9001 as a minimum and preferably with ISO 14001 as an added advantage.
Ensure that records are maintained which demonstrates compliance with ISO 9001. Identification and evaluation of quality problems and provision of effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
Ensure that Internal Quality Audit is carried out effectively and periodically.
Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are carried out effectively.
Report on the performance of the quality system to the management for review to identify any possible improvement.
Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes
Responsible for QAQC documents including COA/ and COC, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and other important QA QC documents.
Oversee QAQC for all respective departments to reduce reject and increase output.
