Job summary

DERMAJASS SDN BHD is seeking an enthusiastic QC/QA intern to assist in maintaining records, performing testing, and supporting daily production activities at our Bukit Mertajam facility. Gain hands-on laboratory experience in a skincare/cosmetics manufacturing environment.

The role involves following SOPs, documenting results, and collaborating with the QC/QA and production teams to improve product quality.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree student in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Halal, Biotechnology, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Cosmetic Science or related field
Basic knowledge of QC / laboratory procedures
Detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs & work instructions
Willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
Willing to conduct testing, inspection and documentation
Internship duration at least 3-6 months (or above)

Responsibilities

Maintain QC/QA records, assist testing and support daily production.
Work within DERMAJASS SDN BHD's QC/QA team to improve product quality.
Hands-on testing, documentation and production exposure, real impact and rapid learning.
To maintain and organize file records for QC/QA department
To assist in the overall QC/QA department
To assist in quality testing.
To assist production and quality department to carry out daily activities.
To assist quality assurance department for product quality improvement.
To perform any other related duties assigned by supervisor.
