Job summary

QIMA is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our onsite Operations team in Malaysia, focused on softlines/garments. You will report to an Operations Manager and help deliver inspections, document control, and container stuffing oversight to ensure compliance with QIMA standards.

Ideal candidates hold a GARMENT/ APPAREL degree and have 4+ years’ quality management experience in garment/textile products, knowledge of AQL standards and safety regulations, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Need a college degree or above in GARMENT/ APPAREL or related fields.
• More than 4 years experience in quality management for GARMENT/ TEXTILE products.
• Knowledge of AQL standards and relevant safety and quality regulations.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Check email daily to receive inspection documents and guidelines.
• Attend inspections on time and communicate with supplier professionally.
• Perform the inspection of the merchandise according with company procedures. Supervise the stuffing of the containers according with company procedures.
• Fulfill inspection reports according with company procedures and time lines.
