Job summary

QIMA in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated team member to support inspection activities at client sites. You will communicate with suppliers and colleagues, supervise loading and inspection processes, and ensure timely submission of photos and reports.

No prior experience required; diploma or higher is accepted. Training will be provided both online and offline, with potential weekend work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required.
• Patient, detail-oriented; able to travel, flexible hours, weekend work possible.
• Familiar with basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate promptly with suppliers and office colleagues, and arrive at the work location on time.
• Strictly follow operational procedures to supervise loading and inspection (non-quality inspection).
• Stay in contact with supervisors, report any issues promptly, and handle special situations flexibly and effectively.
• Organize photos and submit reports in the system on the same day.
• Assist office colleagues in resolving any questions related to inspection photos and reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
