Job summary

Fraser & Neave (F&N) in Shah Alam seeks a Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure product quality across the production line. You will perform inspections, record results, and enforce on-hold procedures for non-conforming materials.

The role requires troubleshooting of quality issues, instrument maintenance, and strict adherence to GMP and hygiene standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in quality control, chemistry, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP/hygiene practices is a plus.
• Experience in a production/quality lab environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and testing at various inspection points along the production according to Quality Plan.
• Ensure checking results comply with specifications and take action for non-conforming materials and finished products per on-hold procedures.
• Enter checking results into Quality Management Data Base on time.
• Investigate and troubleshoot quality-related issues, materials, finished products and lab testing equipment.
• Maintain and calibrate lab testing equipment according to schedule.
• Drive for plant GMP and hygiene best practices.
• All other tasks/projects assigned by superior on quality related.
