Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Science or Pharmaceutical or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work on rotation shift and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Microbiologist, Production, QC, and QA to prevent contamination.
• Routine analysis and recording of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
• Operate HPLC and laboratory analytical instruments.
• Carry out stability testing.
• Carry out dissolution profile testing and monitoring.
• Carry out analytical method validation.
• Sampling and recording of packaging material.
• In-process granules and tablet line checks and recording.
• In-process syrup and cream checks.
• Approve packing processes.
• Calibrate/verify laboratory equipment and apparatus.
• Quality control check on raw material dispensing.
• Ensure labels and barcodes are complete and accurate.
• Prepare and record reagents and chemicals.
• Support working standard preparation and analysis.
• Maintain cleanliness of laboratory equipment and workspace.
• Practice GLP and lab safety.
• Maintain QC documents and equipment logs.
