Job summary

Hi-P International in Malaysia seeks a QA/IPQC Auditor to ensure that buy-off and IPQC procedures are followed as per the documented procedures and to support daily audit activities.

You will monitor auditor performance through regular inspections of rejects, maintain QA/IPQC records, and prepare weekly QA reports, while cross-training staff to meet build plans and reduce WIP, ensuring compliance with customer and internal standards.

Responsibilities

• QA/IPQC audits: ensure buy-off and IPQC procedures follow document procedure.
• Daily duties: auditors welfare, OT schedules, attendance, leave, and updating job functions.
• Monitor auditors’ performance via regular audits and verification of rejects.
• Prepare QA/IPQC weekly reports accurately.
• Maintain QA/IPQC quality records.
• Ensure buy-off procedures and specs meet requirements.
• Cross-train auditors to meet build plans and reduce WIP.
• Ensure auditors perform duties per documented procedures.
• Monitor QA/IPQC data and status.
• Update daily/weekly yield report.
• Oversee customer complaints/feedback, CAPA as needed.

Job description

• To ensure that the QA /Out of Box Audit buy-off and IPQC procedure are properly carried out per the document procedure document procedure.
• Daily Duties on auditors welfare such as OT schedule, attendance, leave ,and update of job functions.
• Monitor the QA /IPQC auditors’ performances by carrying out regular inspection audit and verification of reject parts
• Ensure QA /IPQC weekly reports are properly and correctly prepared.
• Maintain QA/IPQC quality records.
• Ensure that QA buy-off procedures and specification used and the product quality meet the company, industrial and customers’ requirements.
• Rearrange and cross training the auditors to ensure that QA capacity can meet the built plan and clear the QA WIP.
• Ensure all auditors perform their job functions accordingly and confirm to the documented procedures
• Monitor and analyze the QA and IPQC quality data, quality status
• Update the QA daily /weekly yield report.
• Audit, monitor and maintain customer complaints and feedback are exercised and monitored including the corrective and preventive actions.
