Golden Fresh Sdn. Bhd. is seeking individuals for a QC/QA focused role in a food processing and trading company with a global presence.

The position involves daily pre-operation sanitation checks, calibration, and verification against packing specs, as well as sampling and reporting on production quality. Responsibilities include maintaining GMP and CCP standards, conducting sensory tests on finished products, and documenting all processing parameters while collaborating with supervisors on

Competenze

Observant team players with self-discipline.
Basic QC inspection skills such as measuring and recording figures.
Preferably with basic GMP, HACCP, allergens or food quality and safety knowledge.

Mansioni

Conduct daily pre-operation sanitation checks and monitor GMP compliance.
Calibrate weighing scales used in daily production.
Verify online printing details against packing specifications before mass printings.
Inspect raw materials, processing, and finished products per quality manuals and specs.
Check expiry dates and sensory attributes of ingredients.
Record all processing parameters per product specs.
Ensure CCPs remain within critical limits at all times.
Perform sensory tests on finished products from daily production.
Collect retainer samples and other test samples.
Submit full inspection reports to superiors daily.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
