Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee daily QC activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in a medical/EMS manufacturing setting. You will lead the quality team, manage inspection plans and support NPI and process validation.

The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, plus 5+ years of quality management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within EMS or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of management systems and code of conduct, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and RBA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily QC activities and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Oversee inspection plans, checklists and product specifications.
• Monitor quality performance, analyze trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with internal teams and customers to resolve quality issues and corrective actions.
• Lead, coach and develop the Quality team.
• Support NPI, process validation and improvement of high defect/failure rates.
• Lead structured problem-solving using 8D, RCA and CAPA.
• Ensure compliance with management systems and code of conduct.
