Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to understand Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision‑making, work quality, and to reduce costs.
• Able to follow instructions /new assignment from Lead Operator/Line Leader.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections in the department.
• Assist in preparation of Quality Procedures, Work Instruction and Quality Form – taking copies/filing/labeling/distributing to various departments.
• Issuing Quality Forms to the respective departments and removing old forms from production floor.
• Maintaining record of document changes.
• Updating master list of documents and list of Quality/Environment Records.
• Assisting Quality Manager in maintaining Quality System records.
• Performing the material movements in in ERP system
• Assist on the qualification for the engineers.
