A food safety management company in Johor is looking for a professional to coordinate compliance with FSQM standards, perform R&D on food products, and ensure adherence to food safety principles. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the food industry and be knowledgeable in relevant regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, and HACCP. The role requires good training delivery skills, and applicants with Halal Executive certification will have an advantage. Willingness to travel and possess own transport is essential.
Plan, execute and coordinate the compliance of FSQM in accordance with GMP, MeSTI, HALAL, HACCP and other certification with comply Malaysia Standard and/or relevant regulatory.
Perform R&D on the development of new and potential products.
Have knowledge and experience in food products regulatory compliance locally and international standard.
Liase with internal/ external auditors, authority body and external providers.
Assist Plant Manager in maintenance of the Food Safety system integrity.
Monitor and verify the process flow is in complying with the Food Safety principles.
Act as Hygiene Officer and carry out the internal audit for maintaining of good quality, cleanliness, hygiene and housekeeping.
Check and ensure the practice is accordance to the Food Safety document.
Investigate and prepare customer complaint report revert the action plan with sales department in timely order.
Report wherever CCP and OPRP deviation occur to Plant Manager.
Do sampling as per testing plan and customer requirement raw material.
conduct training relate to Food Safety and Quality.
Minimum 3 years of experience in food industry.
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, GMP, HALAL, HACCP, ISO 22000 are added advantages
Halal Executive certified is added value.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
