Job summary

Silitech Technology Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a precise measurement and inspection professional to support PPAP and production sample testing. You will operate CMM and other precision equipment, maintain calibration traceability, and develop standard measurement methods to ensure product quality.

The role emphasizes data-driven SPC analysis and collaborative problem solving within a QS-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMM measurement and precision inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with calibration traceability and recording measurement data.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485 and ISO14001 standards.
• Experience with PPAP and production sample testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct measurement and testing of PPAP & production samples to ensure conformance with customer specifications and technical drawings.
• Operate & maintain CMM & other precision measuring equipment.
• Ensure all measurement tools & equipment are calibrated & traceable.
• Develop & follow measurement methods & work instructions for consistent inspection practices.
• Record & analyze measurement data to support SPC, capability studies (Cp, Cpk), and quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepare & maintaining inspection work instructions and measurement standards.
• Liaise with teams to adress dimensional issues & improve process quality.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection & calibration for traceability & audit purposes.
