Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• GD&T, DFMEA/DFM/DFA, FMEA, Six Sigma, or automotive core tools training is a plus.
• 3–7 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering / NPI / NPD.
• Exposure to plastic injection molding and manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience supporting prototype builds and production launches is an advantage.
• SolidWorks CAD operation and drawing preparation.
• Basic understanding of plastic injection molding and tooling concepts.
• GD&T application and dimensional measurement basics.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, MSA, SPC.
