Silitech Technology Corporation Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an engineer to develop, optimize and validate the hot bending process for plastic components according to customer specs. You will define critical process parameters, support setup trials and mass production, and work with tooling, production and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize & validate hot bending process for plastic component in accordance to customer specifications
• Define & control critical process parameters like temperature, heating time, bending radius, cooling methods, cycle time etc.
• Provide hand-on engineering support during process setup trial and mass production
• Collaborate with tooling, production and quality team to ensure robust process & tooling design
• Conduct material evaluations & support material selection based on thermal and mechanical performance
• Support customer audit technical review and change management activities with customer
