Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is seeking a Quality Management Systems (QMS) engineer to drive internal audits, track corrective actions, and maintain QMS documentation. You will certify as internal auditor for IATF16949 and VDA6.3, coordinate customer audits, and support the PgP1 Process Compass landscape.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in QMS/auditing in manufacturing, with knowledge of FMEA, SPC, MSA and data analytics tools. Prior audit coordination experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years in QMS, auditing, or quality assurance in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3; familiarity with FMEA, SPC, MSA.
• Experience with data analytics tools to support quality improvements.
• Experience coordinating internal, customer or third-party audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal audits (IATF16949, VDA6.3, CQI17) and third-party audits.
• Track and follow up on QMS corrective actions.
• Certify as internal auditor for IATF16949 and VDA6.3.
• Coordinate IATF customer audits and annual manufacturing assessments.
• Plant CSR coordinator.
• Support PgP1 Process Compass landscape and maintenance.
• Improve and maintain QMS documentation system.
• Drive QMS improvement activities.
• Handle projects as assigned by supervisor.

Quality Management System (QMS) engineer to fulfill Bosch requirement of implementing
QMS, responsible for PgP1 Process Compass, internal system, and process audit activities.

Job Description

1. Coordinate internal audit activities (e.g., IATF16949, VDA6.3 process audit, CQI17
audits etc.) and 3rd party audit.
2. Track and follow up on QMS corrective action.
3. Certify as internal auditor of IATF16949 and VDA6.3 process auditor.
4. Coordinate IATF customer audit and perform annual manufacturing assessment
according to customer specific requirement.
5. Plant CSR coordinator.
6. Support to manage PgP1 Process Compass Landscape and maintenance.
7. Improve and maintain QMS documentation system.
8. Responsible for QMS improvement activities.
9. Projects assigned by superior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), auditing, or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and MSA.

• Familiarity with data analytics tools and applications to support quality improvement initiatives.

• Experience in internal, customer, or third-party audit coordination is an added advantage.
