Job summary

Thales is seeking a QHSE leader to establish and maintain robust QMS, drive audits, and coordinate health, safety, and environmental programs. You will implement risk assessment processes, lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance across the site.

The role requires 5–8 years in QHSE, strong auditing capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders. Travel as needed; join a team focused on safety, quality, and sustainable excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in QHSE management within manufacturing, production, industrial, or service operations.
• Experience managing audits, certifications, compliance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong auditing, risk assessment, and incident investigation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the QMS (ISO 9001) and other standards.
• Lead internal and external audits, certification audits, customer audits, and compliance assessments.
• Develop and monitor health and safety programs; conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.
• Implement Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) and drive sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies, customers, auditors, and certification agencies.
• Promote a strong QHSE culture across the organization and lead cross-functional improvement teams.
