Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, partners with a leading organisation in the Industrial sector to hire a QSHE Manager in Malaysia. You will maintain and improve the QSHE management system in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead internal audits to embed a strong safety culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Up to date knowledge of all EHS / QHSE requirements.
• Understanding of QSHE risk management tools is advantageous.
• High level of numeracy skills.
• Experience with QA/QC procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Write, review and maintain local HSE and Quality System procedures.
• Lead and maintain ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 accreditations.
• Coordinate internal and external Non-Conformance systems and corrective actions.
• Record, investigate and report safety and environmental incidents.
• Develop training programs for HSE, risk assessment, and environmental awareness.
