About the Role
HSW Group is looking for an experienced and hands‑on QHSE leader to lead, strengthen and continuously improve the Group's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management across its growing portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Group‑wide QHSE strategies, objectives, programmes and improvement plans.
- Advise Top Management on significant QHSE risks, legal obligations and emerging issues.
- Establish and maintain effective QHSE governance, responsibilities, reporting and accountability.
- Drive a proactive QHSE culture throughout the Group.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.
- Coordinate engagement with relevant authorities and regulatory agencies.
- Lead occupational safety and health management across high‑risk construction and project activities.
- Oversee the implementation of HIRARC, JSA/JHA, Method Statements, Safe Work Procedures, Permit‑to‑Work systems and Emergency Response Plans.
- Strengthen the Group's Quality Management System and provide oversight of project quality requirements.
- Oversee Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, inspections, NCRs, CAPA, testing and commissioning records and project handover documentation.
- Work closely with Project, Engineering, SCM, Testing & Commissioning and Document Control teams to ensure quality requirements are established and maintained.
- Manage QHSE requirements for contractors and suppliers throughout pre‑award, mobilisation, execution and completion stages.
- Establish effective risk and opportunity management processes.
- Implement and maintain an effective Management of Change process.
- Lead internal QHSE audits, project assurance reviews and targeted inspections.
- Monitor audit findings, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish measurable QHSE objectives, KPIs and management dashboards.
- Work with HR and Department Heads on QHSE competency, training and development programmes.
- Lead incident, NCR and root cause investigations and ensure effective corrective actions.
- Represent HSW during client meetings, audits, regulatory inspections, tender and prequalification meetings and management presentations.
- Lead, coach and develop the Group's QHSE organisation and project‑based QHSE personnel.
- Develop QHSE budgets and plan manpower and resource requirements.
- Maintain professional independence while working closely with Project and Operational teams.
