M S TUD Industries Sdn. Bhd. in Ulu Tiram is seeking a dedicated QEHS professional to manage daily QC, QA, Environmental and OH&S activities. You will ensure conformance to QMS/EMS/OHSMS, prepare quality documentation, conduct supplier audits, and drive compliance with regulations.

Role requires a Diploma or higher in a related engineering field, 3+ years of QEHS experience, and strong English communication. Working location is Ulu Tiram with a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quality Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of Quality, Environmental and/or OH&S experience.
• Familiarity with mechanical testing, XRF testing, microscopic examination, ISO certifications, Environmental regulations, Fire Safety regulations, Occupational Health & Safety regulations, etc. will be helpful.
• Able to read and write in English, in order to prepare QEHS documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Working Location: Ulu Tiram.
• 5-day working week.

Responsabilités

• Execute QC activities: incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections; disposition of nonconforming goods; ensure calibration of measuring equipment; conduct customer witness inspections.
• Execute QA activities: generate Material Test Certificates, Product Quality Plans, Project Quality Plans, and other quality documentation; supplier evaluations and site audits; audits from customers and certification bodies.
• Execute Environmental activities: monitor scheduled wastes, air scrubber, and effluent treatment; environmental briefings and legal compliance evaluations; audits from customers and certification bodies.
• Execute OH&S activities: investigations of workplace incidents; use and certify lifting equipment; safety briefings and inspections; audits from customers and certification bodies.
• Ensure compliance of the company’s QMS, EMS & OHSMS to relevant legal/regulatory requirements and international standards.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
