Qualifications

• Relevant experience and background related to quality assurance in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate quality problems with QA & production supervisor.
• Provide orientation and training to new workers on personal hygiene and rules.
• Assist QA in egg sampling from each layer for weekly quality testing.
• Collect samples of balanced eggs in store for quality checking.
• Conduct internal quality check on egg samples using digital egg tester & prepare report accordingly.
• Perform internal audit in respective site and inspect cleanliness of production area.
• Provide hygiene refresher training at respective site every quarterly.
• Spot check worker's hygiene from time to time.
• Able to conduct basic/simple lab test.
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks when assigned.
