Job summary

GETTOP TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Calibration/Measurement Specialist to plan, execute, and analyze Gauge R&R studies for variable measurement systems.

The role requires performing Kappa studies for visual inspection and judgment-based processes, plus evaluating measurement capability to propose corrective actions. The successful candidate will maintain calibration statuses, prepare quality reports and KPI related to gauge performance, and support audits (ISO and internal)

Qualifications

• Experience with Gauge R&R studies and measurement system analysis.
• Ability to perform Kappa studies for visual inspection processes.
• Knowledge of calibration requirements and maintaining calibration records.

Job description

Plan, conduct, and analyze Gauge R&R studies for variable measurement systems.

Perform Kappa studies for visual inspection and judgment-based processes.

Evaluate measurement system capability and recommend corrective actions for unacceptable results.

Ensure all gauges, instruments, and test equipment are calibrated within due dates.

Maintain calibration status labels, certificates, and records.

Coordinate preventive maintenance or repair for damaged instruments.

Recommend new gauges or measurement methods to improve accuracy.

Support production, engineering, and QA teams on measurement-related issues.

Assist in customer audits, ISO audits, and internal audits related to calibration/MSA.

Prepare quality reports, trends, and KPI related to gauge performance.
