Job summary

Ming Feng Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd in Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking personnel to monitor production practices and assist the Food Safety team with audits such as GMP, HACCP, GVHP, and China regulator audits. Role requires reporting non-conformities to a supervisor and following hierarchical instructions. Based in Kajang, near MRT Stadium Kajang, HR handles inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor to ensure all practices and procedures are carried out in accordance with the system
• Assist Food safety team leader to handle FSS audits including GMP, HACCP, GVHP and China regulator's audit
• Check to ensure all personnel hygiene are maintained at all times
• Conduct moisture test after drying process, to ensure specifications are met
• Provide immediate feedback to superior on non-conformities detected in the production process, intermediary and end product
• Follow the instructions of your superior
