Job summary

INTCO Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a QC Manager to lead a growing quality control team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role offers ownership, impact, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Engineering, R&D, and suppliers.

You will establish inspection standards, drive continuous improvement, mentor the QC team, and communicate effectively with China-based management. Mandarin proficiency is required for region-wide reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in QC/QA in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience supervising a QC team and leading quality initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of QC processes, inspection methods, and CAPA.
• Mandarin proficiency for reporting to China-based management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day QC operations, inspect materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Monitor quality issues and customer complaints; perform root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Develop and maintain QC standards, testing methods, and quality documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, R&D, suppliers, and customers.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the QC team with training and capability building.
